Lewis store in kwadukuza bad customer service

I bought a bed at Lewis store in Stanger last year mid June.First week the bed was delivered i was not happy with it, it was like an old bed.I filed a complaint at Lewis store in Stanger (KWADUKUZA).I was not taken serious and nothing has been done to this day.Yesterday I received a call from the Lewis store at Stanger about my monthly payment and the lady which I spoke with was very unprofessional and rude.Making up stories that I said I was going to make payment on the 1st of this month which I never promised as I will be making my payment on 6 of this month .She was yelling on the phone like I was her child.Then I phoned the store again to report the manor of approach which was used by 1 of their colleagues and I was further insulted by another gentleman by the name of Mr Mpanza.

So if you have an account with Lewis store and you have missed a payment you will be treated like ******* a nobody. It doesn't give them any right to shout at clients and to provoke them.We are all human beings and we do make errors, but if you dealing with customers you must treat them with respect.
