LEWIS STORE HARASSMENT IN THIS LOCK DOWN

HI my name is Rethabile i have an account with Lewis Store at Vereeniging in the Vaal. i pay my account via debit order of which it they started last month to debit. but to my surprise i have been getting sms and calls in this LOCK DOWN. they claiming that i did not pay my account but the money was debited ftom my account. i called their customer line with no help. the manager the even called me with her personnel phone telling me when am gonna pay LORD!! whats wrong with LEWIS where did my money? what is the use of debiting if you keep calling me and sending me horrible sms.
