Lewis store harassment

I had a very bad experience with lewis store and i hope no one buys from this shop again. I bought a bad in vanderbijlpark store in July said payment will be on the first of 1september 2020 and family member die had to go to Eastern Cape while was in fenural i received a call from the manager saying the want going to repossess the bed because was late on payment i explaned and asked them to give me a week as i was in funeral. Will make payment once i get back. The manager refused disrespectful shouting at me. This was my first time purchasing something from this store. The treatment i got from the store in vanderbijlpark really made me realize that this was not the store i was going to go into again in my life. If we are treated lile this harassed by employees like this
