Lewis store harassed me at work

I was harrased by a lady called benita that said she works for lewis she and 2 othe peopls came to my work place, showed my collegues the reason for the visit which is all my personal details and debt i have with them which is against popi act and against my consumer rights, they than demanded money to be paid to their personal bank account in order to have my name removed they even took my phone and went on my app to get the money paid. Which is against the law, they did not show me no paperwork or hand any letter to me, i have sent an email to the ombudsman as i was embarrassed and harassed at my workplace.
