Lewis store Eldorado Park

Hi I opened an account with Lewis I bought a bed for someone but when I ask them to repo the bed they said they can't because this lady will pay the monthly payments (store manager and sales lady) but as time went by she did not pay the monthly payments so I told them that the names mensioned above is this account being paid they said no I'm about to be blacklisted but they told me I must not pay account until I went to them and they told me they gonna blacklisted is there any help please how I need to handle this situation
