Lewis store East London branch

I have 2 contracts with Lewis which I am supposed to pay R667. 25 on 1 account and R817. 35 on the 2nd account, and I am paying R1000 on each account because I wanted to be ahead so that, they can stop deducting from my bank last year I went to the branch as I was already ahead to find out what's going to happen with the credit, when I got there, the lady that assisted me explained that Lewis will not automatically deduct from the credit I will have to go to the branch and cancel my debit order only then they will deduct from the credit, March was supposed to their last month as by April I would be owing them nothing but R20.00, April came they deducted a whole R2000, I went to branch to reverse it and it was successful and I cancelled my debit order, May they again deducted and when I went to the branch for reversal, for whatever reason it couldn't be reversed the lady that helped me made me fill a form which I did and she said she'll escalate it, by Monday I will get a call they said, Tuesday around about 4 I called this number to try and find out what's happening with my refund *** they loged a call back Wednesday morning I received a call from +*** I explained my story again, they said I must email my bank statement with a ref number, *** I did, Thursday I received a call from the lady in the branch, I spent my money and went to the store, I got there and I was told I can't get my refund and also that the money that I see in credit there will stay there until I finish my account, if I am already in credit by 2024 how much will I have lost from Lewis?? Mind you when I did that debit order I was never informed that as I am paying extra I'm just giving Lewis extra money and it's not working for my advantage I'm only told that now when I want my money back, i was then given a cellphone number of someone in the head office to contact, when I contacted her and said I'm from the Lewis branch in East London, she asked me why was I given her personal number? She went on and told me that's not how things work!? Now she was mad at me because I was given her cellphone number, all I want is to cancel my debit order with Lewis and get my last month's R2000 back and I promise I will never ever again open a new contract with Lewis
