Lewis store doesn't wanna refund me because I returned their fridge same day i bought it.. It's been a month now didn't get my refund

I bought a fridge on the 23th of December at Lewis Kempton park even today I haven't got my refund they even blocked my call when i use different phone they pick up the only answer i get the manager is out. Pathetic store will never ever buy at this store ever again No one is willing to explain my refund
