LEWIS STORE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

Lewis store is really pathetic, I will never ever recommend any one to think of this store when thinking of purchasing furniture or what - ever item with them. They will welcome you with open arms the moment when you walk in their door, take you through each and every step is to get your application approved and once your item is is damaged (Poor quality), you are basically on your own.

They are so *********** it is UNBELIEVABLE. I tried to follow their process and I logged the complaint inside the store and well within your rights because the item is still very much insured which I am charged for in monthly installment. I had to travel from Johannesburg to their Durban office, completed their form in December 2017 and I was told that someone or department will get back to me within the next two months to fetch the sofa's since it was the festive season and until this day they are not taking me or my complaint seriously because it has been well over 3 months since I have been waiting and mind you , my insurance cover expiry date is also around the corner!

Instead of some one contacting me in relation to the complaint that I logged inside the store, they continuously call me to inform me about their sale items or to persuade me to come back and take more items on credit. The same person always calls me and as soon as I try to explain to him that I have logged a complaint which has not been addressed, he either transfers the call to another department or puts it on hold to find an excuse to discontinue the call. The worse part is that they sent me about 5 SMS's in random days and they will ask me if my complaint has been resolved, and I must reply with "YES" or "NO" and I feel so stupid because I have rep**** to very single SMS and guess what? NOTHING IS DONE ABOUT IT UNTIL TODAY.
