Lewis Store Complaint

I opened an account and took a bed. I called to cancel the installation within the 5days period given ,because the installation period was too long.Lewis then assured me that they've acknowledged my cancelation and that they'll come to fetch their bed ,it's been a month now and they never came, instead they try to debit and ruin my credit score.
