LEWIS STORE CERES - don't bother with claims, there is NO customer satisfaction AT ALL

NEVER ever buy anything from LEWIS store in Ceres. I purchased a bed, cash, in Feb 2020. There was a warranty claim lodged on 15 June 2020 as there was an approved defect on the product. Promises of delivery, appologies, covid issues, and a manager called "moekie" which is neverminded and absolutely NO client service/satisfaction in this store AT ALL! I am STILL waiting, for an approved claim, a simple base for my mattress, to be sent to me. Almost 3 months later!!??!! Is a disgrace, a shame and dishonest as the money have been cleared!!! I WILL NEVER PURCHASE THERE AGAIN, be sure that ALL I know will not support you. I am going to go to the SON newspaper, absolute pathetic customer service!! Covid have passed, and excuse after excuse from the store, and call after call from me without any feedback or clarity...and I am still waiting.
