Lewis store BAD QUALITY PRODUCTS

I purchase a set of kitchen table & chairs, last year 16 December, sales lady was great, fast forward, a month later the chairs started to fall apart, bolts just came off, spoke with the head office told them about the issue and they promised to replace however send an" assembler" to tighten the bolts, however the chairs are still falling apart, the quality of these chairs do not come close to the money I'm paying for these chairs, the Roodepoort branch is not helpful the manager Lawrence, can't even engage with me properly and address my concerns.

I encourage everyone not to purchase anything from Lewis stores, terrible quality and even terrible service, they don't care about the customers satisfaction.
