Lewis store are *****

I was called in by a sales consultant at Lewis store Da****rt to come and purchase an item since they have a cahs back special. I couldn't go that Saturday so they kept calling and ended up coming to my house.

Fast forward....i was convinced and bought a 20kg machine. Was told they dont have cash in store and will call me to come collect my cas back the very next day. Was never called; i am the one that has been calling them until we decided to go the store. They committed to call us soon and till this day. I am still waiting for my cash back and they are not even bothered about it. They keep lying to me.
