Lewis store and Randburg

Today I got a whattsup text from a lady called Candice from Lewis store RANDBURG she says I didn't make the payment I told her I did make the payment in the morning, the lady was very condescending she even told me to sort my life I cant afford my debt mind you the account is not even mine it's my grandmother account am only assisting her.And it's not the first time this happens I told them they must come and take there staff Candice doesn't deserve to work there she is very good .They think ppl don't know their rights
