Lewis store and it insurance claim it a ****

I took the tv from Lewis store and my contract was including insurance and insurance did not state if I miss 1 payment I will not be able to claim if I loose my goods.comes the part where they stole my tv nd I fill claim form with the store manager in Durban west street nd they declined my claim they said I must continue pay for tv they will replace it but till today nothing yet am still paying for thAt tv and insurance that is not helping I need help on this
