LEWIS STORE, ADVANTAGE OF CLIENTS

the first time i had dealt with Lewis store i had bought a flat screen tv and a lounge suite and my tv just stopped working after just 3 months of buying it i called into the store the very next day and i had asked to have it sorted it out and i was told that they would have to send it for repairs and i rep**** that i need a new tv as I'm within my 6 months guarantee and i was taken around in circles for the entire day by a lady that said that she is the second in charge to the manager and i was spoken to so rudely and was treated like a dog for buying things at this store like they did me a favour cause i bought from them i asked for name and she cut the call on me repletely when i called in and i was really upset about this till this day i have not received the correct size tv and and I'm paying still the same price for everything after some one called me a tried to sweet talk me i fell for it and i said i will try one more time and thought that it might change but i bought a few items from them and the last delivery i received from them i was very upset as i have bought brand new furnisher yet again which was a plasma tv stand,washing machine and a bed the plasma unit was already assembled and when i took of the bubble wrap the unit had so many scratches and on some places of the unit the raw wood was showing and the unit was really expensive i had told the driver to please bring this to the attention of management so they can rectify it i am so fed up of dealing with the Lewis brand and they are so rude the first form of contact in the store when you are not there customer is great once you become there customer they treat you like a dirty old piece of meat and i feel that the second sales process is extremely bad and in my option i will never buy from them again ever and if anyone askes me about this brand i will always tell people never to support this brand
