My name is Helen Tshabalala, I worked at Lewis stores as a sales person for 15 years until I took an early pension due to my ill-health.

They haven’t processed my labour paperwork and provident fund, and they haven’t contacted me it’s almost 2 months since I have left the company and submitted the papers, Please kindly assist me .
