Lewis Store

I guys. Im so desperate i need your help. Ive bought a lounge, kitchen cabinets and a tv stand from Lewis store in Oudtshoorn. Value R29 000.00 in December 2018. The lounge broke in February 2019 and after a lot of phone calls they replaced the set. But in May the set broke again. I logged a complaint with them and after 3 weeks i had to go to the store and make some noise before they helped me. They could not replace the set because the factory who made it was not dealing with lewis anymore. Than my wife choose a new set and we waited another 2 weeks. Just to hear that they dont have that set aswell. Then we decided they must come pick up the lounge and fix it. That was 2 weeks ago. This morning my wife was at the store and they did noy even touch the lounge set. Im so furious. My next step is the consumer act. Can somebody help me please.
