I was in a situation that Capitec putted my bank account on hold from the 15 december 2021..but then i received a court letter that i must be the 21february 2022 i must be at court.to get a letter to take to capitec that they can unfreeze my bank account..Now none of my shops can debit money because my bank account is on hold..but as a decent guy i told my wife to phone Lewis Store Parow 182 Voortrekker road.but the lady Roxxane Windvogel picked up the phone..My wife tried to tell her about the incidence about the bank..but she was so rude with my wife over the phone..she didnt evens give my wife a chance to explain,she started shouting at my wife over the phone..and said i want my money and dont want to hear anything..and she also said that she wil come and take all my stuff out of my house..and as a paying customer this is unacceptable to treat a lewis store customer
