Debit order not agree to

My debit order date is end of the month 30th , and I know that we getting paid before the due date , They receive they monthly instalment in time and my account is up to date , The last debited on my account Was the 29/11/2024 and Today I receive money on my account and it was not my salary and they debited every cent that was available and it was for my daughters , I want to chris Hani mall and I speak to Palesa Nhlapo and also the Manager was available and she did not said a word and I explain to them that the was no communication that was sent to tell us about the early Run on my account and I need this money today , I can't wait for 7 working days , My Salary will be Paid on 23/12. I am very disappointed about your services , Please cancel my debit order starting from January 2025 I will transfer the money from my I account to your account.
