The customer service for lewis store 1174 at Marapyane is bad. The manager is bad. She broke the POPi act by telling all of my colleagues about my personal credit stuff at lewis and she also contacted me on WhatsApp only to talk to me in a rude way threatening me. I wven have screensho Of her conversation with me. Im a senior where i work and she ruined my reputation. The lady is so rude and works unprofessionally i dont know where she learned her customer service. She was even interrupting my meeting with the regional team saying she doesn’t care about my job. I am not satisfied about this because its not only me who is complaining about her. Breaking the POPI act is one of a serious offense.
