Lewis stole my Lounge Suite

We purchased a Lounge Suite for R16'900 from Beares store Wonderpark Pretoria, that was defected and send for repairs. Ellerines took over from Beares and the problem persisted. Now Lewis Stores took over Ellerines and is not willing to take responsibility for this problem. Our LS has not been repaired, replaced or returned to us. It was confirmed by the company that collected the LS that it is at the warehouse of Ellerines in Boksburg on the corner of Burney and Ham street. We have now been without our LS for almost a year and struggling with this from December 2012!!<br> We want our money back to purchase us a new lounge suit.
