Lewis same day delivery's worst service yet

I went to Lewis store Roodepoort on 4th January 2022 with the knowledge that they promise same day delivery for their sales. I bought a washing machine and paid using my bank card, the transaction was successful and the money left my account however the lady assisting me said the system shows an error and the money would be reversed shortly. I allowed 30 minutes to pass and I advised them that no money was reversed, she called her helpdesk and they said they didn't receive my payment. I sent them my bank statement as proof of the money that left my account. On the 5th they called to say that the helpdesk found the money on their side and everything is fine now. Delivery will be made on the 6th January. Its been 3 days after buying an appliance cash and I still haven't received it.
