Lewis Rustenburg Mall. We want REFUND

I bought my mother kitchen units at Lewis Rustenburg Mall, its been 2 months now she hasn't received anything. I called the Lewis head office plus the contact centre line but they keep on saying they will call my mother to understand more but nothing, my mom only received a call once when they asked her if her washing machine was delivered and she said no, we bought kitchen units. I called them again requesting for refund then cause nothing is going on, but still they keep on saying they will call my mother to understand more. What's there to understand when we say its been 2 month's we paid 4300 plus extra 150 rands for a kitchen units which we haven't received we, i even gave them the slip number everything. And at the shop my mom keeps on going there, they keep on saying tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow. How can i get assistance please. We want REFUND we no longer want anything from that shop.
