Lewis... Reason for 2 Girls, Watching Their Dad Fail

This is Not Acceptable... It's been 2 weeks after Lewis sent me a PVT message on Hellopeter that they will sort out A Huge Error that they made... I made Phone calls and Done more effort than Lewis Staff Members and Manager does for their Clients (Pta-North Branch) This situasion, Is Costing me a Huge loss of income, I hade take my 2 Girls out of pre-school... I'm struggling to get to do any work to support them as I don't have some 1 to take care of them, I won't be able to Pay my rent... All Becuz they did not Cancel my Purchase Correctly and on Their System it shows that I did not make a Payment and that my Product was Collected.... But I have proof of cancelation and also That Lewis Refunded my Deposit with I had 2 pay for the Item I wanted to Purchase which They Delivered without me Present and to sign and check if its the Correct item... They just Delivered a Random Item that was more or less what I ordered and Let my Mother in Law sign for it,(She had No idea of what I purchased and what was going on) i asked then just to wait 5 minutes Cuzco I was on my way Picking up my Daughters at school, This was past 17:00 on a Friday Afternoon... Cuz of this Commen Mistake I can't Buy a Heat Pump on Credit for my Pool (which i already Quilified for in January) I own a Swim School and the heat Pump was My Source of income to conduct lessons During upcoming winter months... Now i got Clients that want a Refund, I can't coach and No Source of income... I'm the Only Person Working... I got a 19 Month old Baby and 3 year old girl... This has a Massive Impact on My Children's Routin and Life... I don't think this is Fair and Should I Go to Court...? Don't see the point cuz I.Its not going to put nappies on my baby girl and foon in my Children's moth in the next View Weeks... You only hear from them when you have to Pay, But when you have an issue or they make a Mistake, They don't care if you live or Die... Pathetic... Advice.... Applying for Credit is Stupid... If you can't Buy anything Cash, Then it means You can't afford it, So You don't need it....

Lewis... You Come and tell my 3 year old daughter that has Tears in her eyes in the Morning why Daddy Can't take her to school and See Her Friends and Teacher... You tell her Why daddy can't Spoil them anymore.... Heartless...!!!!
