Lewis Protea Glen sells Out of Box units. Used and second hand...
My husband went and bought a tv at Lewis Protea Glen mall. Unit was delivered yesterday and as we were busy unwrapping it, we realized that the manual is old and torned, the remote has scratches and discovered that it was dirty. The tv itself doesn't have a plastic sticker and you can even see that it was wiped like someone was removing dirt. Such an appauling service...

07 Nov 2022, 16:16Yesterday after we posted, got a call from the driver who promised that an exchange will be done today around 10-11am. Till now I am still waiting on the delivery. I called the Protea Glen branch again and I was promised a call back. Still nothing. The service is awful!!
