Lewis poor service

Lewis mosselbay branch I bought lounge in 15 August a month later it has fluff stuff coming out went to report, they kept on saying they will send someone to check almost 4 weeks later went to query suddenly nobody knows about the complain, the guy that was a manager on first day complain apparently he is not 😢 was shown a lady that is managing the store, it went from bad service to worse she kept calling sang the same song , " someone is coming to check". I decided to call customer service no improvement still getting unfulfilled promise of someone coming to check. I regret buying in that store 😭😭😭 who sell lounges that barely finish a month in a good condition.
