Lewis - Pathetic
Signed up for a competition online via Realbeds and Lewis group some time ago. Now I am being called atleast 5 times a day via Lewis head office - when I pick up the call - someone is either shouting, laughing or chatting on the other side and proceeds to hang up on me. Today - managed to actually speak to someone on the other end of the call - just to be laughed at for not replying in Zulu , proceeding to say " Uyisiwula" and stupid one over the phone to me. I managed to get ahold of the head office support - they are unable to track or trace any calls made to me because of the fact that I am not a registered customer and don't have an account. Lewis group - You're stupid too.

30 Dec 2025, 16:23I contacted you myself. Where your agent / s had told me that they can't trace any calls or logs because I am not a registered customer. Or someone will just call and hang up on me as I answer.
