LEWIS - OUTSTANDING SERVICE!! THANK YOU

So yesterday i wrote a review a negative one about how the service I had received from Lewis Grassy park - now this experience left a very sour taste in my mouth about Lewis as a whole. BOY WAS I WRONG!! I got contacted quite quickly from Lewis head office - who in fact had NO IDEA about my situation as Grassy park branch failed to take up my complaint about the bad couches

Lewis head office was SO EFFICIENT - HELPFUL and guess what - when I got home yesterday evening - there were BRAND NEW COUCHES IN MY LOUNGE - UNBELIEVABLE - OUTSTANDING SERVICES INDEED!!

THANKS SO MUCH LEWIS!! I LOOK FORWARD TO MANY MORE YEARS OF BEING YOUR CLIENT!!
