Lewis orkney store 😔

Lewis orkney store Manager just reminded me why most people ran away from instalments ,and buying their furniture with lay Buy's. I was unfortunate that my mother paid at the store not being aware that thy will still debit so now we have been going from pillar to post about the refund n Thu have been promising us lies. The manager is careless about his customers n does not even bother to help his employees to resolve queries it's really sad to see such attitude from a black person who has no care about clients queries n state of mind. He showed no remorse no empathy about the whole thing but he only noticed us after two weeks of going to the store when my father started making noise . Lewis really need to take its staff to customer service training on a real note. Mr Sefafe store Manager really needs to get his attitude right
