Lewis not removing their account on my credit information

I owed lewis due to being unemployed at some point. When i got a job i made an arrangement with VVM as I was handed over to them by lewis. I managed to pay off the account in Dec 2024 and requested a paid up letter and an update to my credit information. I struggled to get those for months until i complianed on hellopeter, but to date that account is still reflecting on my credit info and they keep updating it as a non paid account. as of 20 Nov 2025 according to my credit info i still owe Lewis R24995. I want that removed as i honored my arrangement
