Lewis needs to stop trashing my credit score

I really can't take how Lewis store is treating me because I had an problem t with them it was sorted but they are doing it again and that's keeps ruining my credit score and I can't afford that, Can Lewis explain to me how they say they missed a payment where else they the first to debit my account. You need to fix my credit as soon as possible.
