Lewis mtubatuba has bad service

My name is LINDOKUHLE Nxumalo .bought a flat screen tv at lewis . After a month the tv was not working anymore. I reported the issue and i was told since it was insured i need to fill out forms . After that waited for two weeks. I went back to the store nd they told me to bring the tv to them. I brought the tv to them the following day.. that was february which passed without a word from them . I went to pay but i informed them that i will stop paying if i dont have my tv back .. weeks went by and i was going to the store every week to be told a story that doesn't add up . Even the store manager said she doesn't know what happened to my t.v.. i stopped paying and then I've been receiving sms's from lewis stating that i need to pay.. received a call from their head office which i told the same story nd the lady i spoke to said she contacted the branch im talking about and they said they delivered the t.v. which was pure lies . I got fed up nd told them to cancel my account because i was fed up with them nd it's been several months now . I'm still receiving sms's from them informing me that i owe them nd i need to pay.. I've called them countless times begging them to please cancel the damn thing . They just dont care. This is affecting my credit score so I'll be forced to take actions against them. I bought the t.v. in mtuba branch
