Lewis matter prescribed

It has been over 9 years since i have opened this Lewis Stores account, this matter has now prescribed according to the Prescription Law of South Africa.

I have been getting annoying sms from Lewis, please close this matter or else, i will take this up with the consumer ombudsman offices, as you attempt to collect on this matter is ********.

Good Day, The matter remains far from being resolved. There is no trail of emails to proof that i have requested a settlement letter, therefore, i suggest that you send me a recording to proof your claims. Regards Thabang
