Lewis mangers must do their work

I went to Palm Springs mall to let them know that I won't be able to pay my credit because I've been retrenched at work, the manager told me that they'll take my matter to the insurance and wait for the call, been waiting for the call till today, now I've been receiving letters and messages from the head office, that my matter have been handed over to their attorneys for collection, funny enough I reported the matter earlier this year even after looting I went to them to take a follow up, still my matter wasn't reported, what must I do now?
