Lewis Makhado don't want to deliver my washing machine

I bought kelvinator washing machine in February 2020 at Lewis Makhado and in August 2020 the machine was not draining water and I reported the matter and they did come and fetch it and few days later they return the machine, and again on the 27 of November 2020 I did went to shop to report the same problem and on the 4th December 2020 they come and collect the machine they never return it and even giving me feedback of what is going on until i called them and they send the driver with another machine wrapped with plastic and told me it's the new one, I open the machine and try to do my washing the machine is not working, and I called them they told me that they will bring my machine it is fixed but up to today they didn't deliver it , and when the head office called me they told me that the shop told them it's my negligence, how can I be negligent while the machine stops working at 4months,I want Lewis to give me new machine or they cancel their contract and give me my refund.
