Lewis made shopping an experience

My experience at Lewis has been exceptional.

In a short period, I purchased a variety of items; from a microwave and fridge to beds. Every interaction was seamless. A special mention goes to the outstanding and energetic sales lady, Lydria Nero, who works at their branch. I can honestly give her a 10/10 rating.

Typically, buying something can feel transactional, but thanks to Lydria, it was an experience. She helped me choose products that suited my budget while advising on items that would complement my home perfectly, financially sustainable and aligned with the style I’m aiming for.

Lydria embodies a quality many salespeople overlook: selling the emotion/experience behind each product. What impressed me most about Lewis is their approach to service. By telling a story and connecting with the client’s emotions, they make the buying experience personal and memorable. It feels like they truly understand your needs, almost as if they know you personally. Their approach is people-centric and experience-driven, and that is what keeps me coming back.

A definite 10/10.
