Lewis lenasia store

Good day, I bought a laptop from Lewis a furniture store in lenasia the laptop was faulty and I returned a month later. The manager Tapelo advised us it was factory fault they will repair it, after a month later I went back to the store they advised it can't be fixed and they gave me a new laptop. Which at that time i asked the store manger Tapelo can i not change the make because i was not happy with the make, however they sold me a notebook instead of a laptop.A week later the new laptop *notebook* was faulty again i then returned it again to the store i told Tapelo the current make i dont want can't they change the make however i will continue paying the contract he advised they can't he will take it up with the regional manage John the regional manager then advised Queen the lady who deals with queries *who was of much assistance* that I should sign a voluntary repossession which I then refused to sign. I asked Queen if i could myself speak to the regional manager while she was on the phone with him and he refused to speak to me. I was advised the store manager would get back to me its over a week he still hasn't got back to me. The regional manager John and store manger Tapelo has no people skills and very *********** im really disgusted in the Lewis store lenasia.
