Lewis Lenasia

Hello I would like to report a issue i have with Lewis Lenasia. The Defy 13kg washing Machine i bought from them i hardly use because it is always in repairs or not in a working condition. They will send out their technicians for fix the current issue but when it comes back it will have a different issue. i even went as far as recording how the machine is behaving but still yet again, they want to send out their technicians. they told me last week they will pick up the machine and this will be the 6th time. i have been battling to get this thing working for over 6 months now and it’s a bit annoying because somethings i need to use my own petrol money to drive directly to the branch because of the phones are not working or getting dropped in your ear. at this point i do not have trust in them fixing my machine anymore and i don't know what to do.
