Lewis kwamashu has the worst service

I had a very bad experience with a lewis Store in kwamashu. I bought a kitchen scheme on the 19th of August and they didn’t deliver them. I called a week later asking what was happening and they promised to deliver the following day but didn’t. I kept on calling them every single day for a week until i went to the store to demand my money back because it had been 3 full weeks but they said they don’t keep cash and they didn’t have the kitchen scheme, they had placed an order and would deliver the following day & promised to add a kettle as compensation for the delay. They delivered on the 11th of September and didn’t add the kettle as promised.
