Lewis Krugersdorp 😡😡😡

I bought a Hisense smart TV on credit last year November, this year August it went all black I couldn't switch it on , I then called the store in Krugersdorp and told them about my problem and they came and collected my TV on the 31st of August, after some few days a guy called Lebo Lephoi called me and told me one of the Hisense technicians broke my TV screen so I have to get a new TV, but I have to do an affidavit so that I can claim with my insurance so that I can speed up the process of which I questioned because I'm not the one who broke the tv . After all I did go made an affidavit but the insurance did declined my claim, to this day I don't have my tv and I do pay them every month all they do is to lie to me and they don't even call and give me the heads up I'm the one had to call . I even called them yesterday and Lebo Lephoi said they are near by they are bringing my tv .
