Lewis is the worst

Everytime I deal with Lewis I am dissapointed. I recently ( 24December 2018) bought a headboard set cash. The set was delivered without wrapping on a bakkie and damaged was caused to the dressing table and headboard. I informed Lewis manager at Shoprite park to which they promised me the set will be collected and replaced by another set. I have to follow up everytime and they promise that they will keep me up to date on any progress but in vain. Nothing is being done to correct their poor service so I asked for my cash back. I will not recommend this store to anyone
