Lewis is the worse
I have never in my life dealt with such an *********** store/business. I was sent a text message during lockdown to advise I might qualify for my installment if I am unable to work, and that I should send my payslips to the claims department. I should have qualified as I was only getting paid uif and I was unable to pay my full installment. Till this day they have never even responded to my emails and my account is now in arears. On top of all that half of the things I Bought is broken, I will never recommend anyone to shop with Lewis, I was warned from family and friends, how I wish I listened.

09 Oct 2020, 11:21Wow what a swift reply I received from Lewis, a very helpful and friendly lady called me and assured me everything will be sorted soon, the Eldorado Park store manager was even there to offer assistance, I am confident that my matter will be resolved soon.

02 Feb 2021, 17:30I am defeated by this store, i am utterly dissapointed by Lewis, i dont even have the energy anymore, pls come and reposess your *******, i will be keeping the frigde for all my payments i made, i dont want to talk to this company anymore, pls dont threaten me to make payments, don't call me, dont send me texts, just come fetch ur **** and leave me alone, stay away from lewis stores people.
