Lewis is just a *** store to be doing business with

Lewis still hasn't contacted us regarding our smart TV claim. They really are a **** service provider, we are regretting doing business with them. Thato who is dealing with our claim has been bull****ting us, he doesn't know how to treat clients fairly he lies, he never follows up his rude he doesn't deserve to be doing that kind of job. If this isn't sorted out by end of this week I'm going to go to take it further
