Lewis is failing

hellopeter we sent a laptop of F.N Mangesi to Lewis Store for repairs on January 6th the month is May now they still have excuses that it is being fixed and so on ,this is Lewis Store from Queenstown Eastern Cape please help we want it back immediately or a new one because it is still being payed .
