Lewis is a ***** load 2x same items on my credit

This place is a ***** Virginia freestate lewis

No one in store can assist me No one telephonically can help me I'm waiting for feedback on this matter and nou one can help me

I bought a fridge and TV at lewes on the 29 January 2023 contract nr ‪***‬

I sign everything was ready, Virginia store delivered the fridge and TV

After a few days the phoned me and say something was wrong with my contract I must come in and sign again I received a copy of the contract with another contract nr ‪***‬

After a few months Lewis start phoning me about missed payments when I go in store they say no every thing is fine the don't know why someone will phone me

Now I request my credit report and both the contracts showing on my name

One showing payment received and other on shows payment missed

When I went to the store again and told them they loaded the same items twice the say they can't do anything because I must phone head office 4 times I phoned head office with no luck

Now I can't app**** for any thing as this is showing on my name and effect my credit record
