Lewis in Eyethu mall have bad service

I'm very disappointed at Lewis I opened an account with them last year, they gave me a laptop that isn't working I took it back to the store and I never got a new one and I have been paying for a plug which I never got and I never asked for I only saw it when I was going through my contract I have with them,. They don't want to remove the laptop and the plug on my contract because I'm now in eras and I told them that they should remove the plug and the laptop and make the new contract for the things I have now I'm paying for things I don't have
