Lewis head office you guys can do better.

I have never ever come to experience a company so fine with their incompetence and customer care non existence as Lewis head office. I have been waiting for a credit/ refund for almost 2 months. People when you get a chance please do not buy anything from Lewis as their incompetence ends up with you being an issue. The attitude from agents and team leaders is unbelievable. They not afraid to tell a customer we can't help you we been waiting for feedback for more than a month and there is still non. I am very disappointed and fuming.
