Lewis Head Office HR incompetency

I worked for this company for almost 2 years and in February 2018 i got dismissed. I submitted all my necessary documents to the HR manager Lee-Anne Van Louw as per procedure. A month later i asked her when can i expect my provident fund money and she said within 3 months i was surprised when i heard as most of my ex colleagues got theirs after a a month or so but i kept hoping that it wouldn't take that long. Beginning of May i then asked her about she gave me the number for their salary department which i called on the 15th May since my 3 months was over. They then told that they never received my claim. I called Lee-Anne immediately and i asked her about this so Lee-Ann the HR Manager for Lewis Head Office misplaced my claim documents. Did she even apologize nope instead she acted like she's doing me a favor by re-submitting my claim then blocked me on whatsapp. I was quite disappointed n shocked at how Lewis Head Office staff can be so unnecessarily unprofessional. I was told to wait for another 3 weeks for my money n i will coz i want my money but i will definitely escalate this.
