Lewis head office and stores is moneyhungry and arrogant

So in the branch I was there for 3 hours, which was okay considering the employees were more than helpfully while doing all the paperwork

Now that head office has to be in contact in order for the item to be delivered there is nothing happening and very poor communication and cannot even get feedback as the store doesn't answer their phones

Head office phoned and promised to phone back in 10 min

Delivery of the item was promised in the morning of this same day as well

That was in the morning and now they are closed and it's night time

I honestly regret ever dealing with this company

They seem to be nice when money arrangements are made but after is completely unwilling to help and to serve their clients further
