Lewis has no customer service

I made a complaint on Lewis store about my Restonic bed base, I lodged a complain on April the person who was helping me was Mosuwa, on 23 April he told me that Restonic has approved and I will receive my base but he has to book for the base first before it is delivered. He called me on 25 April and told me that they will deliver my base on the 5th June the latest is 10th of June I have been waiting for a very long time I'm busy calling Lewis store they giving me run around. I want an explanation on this and I also want my base because I have been waiting for a long time
